1. The service

Shlon provides online quoting, costing and job-management tools for printing businesses. Every calculation is based on the prices, costs and settings you enter. You are responsible for checking a quote before you send it to a customer; Shlon does not guarantee the commercial outcome of any quote.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you invite into your company workspace. Tell us at once at info@shlon.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Shlon is offered in Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans, billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are taken in US dollars through MyFatoorah, or in Kuwaiti dinars through KNET where available.

Your subscription runs until the expiry date shown in your account and is renewed by paying again; access pauses when it expires and your data is kept. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal.

4. Free trials and promo codes

We may offer free trials and discount codes at our discretion. Unless stated otherwise, a trial or code can be used once per company and may be withdrawn if it is misused or shared beyond its intended recipient.

5. Refunds

Payments cover the period purchased. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@shlon.app within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve it.

6. Your data

Your customers, quotes, prices and files belong to you. You grant Shlon only the rights needed to store, process and display them so the service works. You can export your data at any time and, if you close your account, we delete your company's data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Shlon for unlawful purposes, to upload content you have no right to use, to interfere with the service or other users, to attempt to access another company's data, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access without our written agreement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Shlon available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We announce planned maintenance in advance when practical and work to restore the service quickly after any outage.

9. Liability

Shlon is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from quotes priced on incorrect inputs.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid fees, giving notice where practical.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Kuwait.

1. الخدمة

يوفر شلون أدوات إلكترونية لإعداد عروض الأسعار وحساب التكاليف وإدارة أوامر العمل للمطابع. كل عملية حساب تعتمد على الأسعار والتكاليف والإعدادات التي تُدخلها. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة عرض السعر قبل إرساله للعميل؛ ولا يضمن شلون النتيجة التجارية لأي عرض.

2. الحسابات

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً وأن تقدم معلومات صحيحة. حافظ على سرية كلمة مرورك؛ فأنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك وعن المستخدمين الذين تدعوهم إلى مساحة عمل شركتك. أبلغنا فوراً على info@shlon.app إذا اشتبهت في وصول غير مصرح به.

3. الاشتراكات والفوترة

يُقدَّم شلون بباقات Starter وProfessional وEnterprise، تُدفع شهرياً أو سنوياً مقدّماً. الأسعار معروضة في صفحة الأسعار. تُحصَّل المدفوعات بالدولار الأمريكي عبر MyFatoorah، أو بالدينار الكويتي عبر KNET حيثما كان متاحاً.

يستمر اشتراكك حتى تاريخ الانتهاء الظاهر في حسابك ويُجدَّد بالدفع مجدداً؛ ويتوقف الوصول عند الانتهاء مع الاحتفاظ ببياناتك. نعلن عن أي تغيير في الأسعار قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل ويسري من تجديدك التالي.

4. التجارب المجانية وأكواد الخصم

قد نقدّم تجارب مجانية وأكواد خصم وفق تقديرنا. وما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، تُستخدم التجربة أو الكود مرة واحدة لكل شركة، ويجوز سحبهما عند إساءة الاستخدام أو مشاركتهما مع غير المقصود بهما.

5. الاسترداد

تغطي المدفوعات المدة المشتراة. إذا رأيت أنه تم تحصيل مبلغ منك بالخطأ، فتواصل معنا على info@shlon.app خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ التحصيل وسنتحقق من الأمر ونعالجه.

6. بياناتك

عملاؤك وعروض أسعارك وأسعارك وملفاتك ملكٌ لك. تمنح شلون فقط الحقوق اللازمة لتخزينها ومعالجتها وعرضها حتى تعمل الخدمة. يمكنك تصدير بياناتك في أي وقت، وعند إغلاق حسابك نحذف بيانات شركتك خلال 30 يوماً كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم استخدام شلون لأغراض غير قانونية، أو رفع محتوى لا تملك حق استخدامه، أو التدخل في الخدمة أو في استخدام الآخرين لها، أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات شركة أخرى، أو الهندسة العكسية للمنصة، أو إعادة بيع الوصول إليها دون موافقتنا الكتابية.

8. توافر الخدمة

نسعى لإبقاء شلون متاحاً في كل الأوقات لكننا لا نضمن خدمة دون انقطاع. نعلن عن الصيانة المجدولة مسبقاً كلما أمكن، ونعمل على استعادة الخدمة بسرعة بعد أي انقطاع.

9. المسؤولية

يُقدَّم شلون كما هو. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على الرسوم التي دفعتها خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة لنشوء المطالبة، ولسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، بما فيها الخسائر الناتجة عن عروض أسعار بُنيت على مدخلات غير صحيحة.

10. إنهاء الخدمة

يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إغلاق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو عليها رسوم غير مدفوعة، مع إشعار مسبق كلما أمكن.

11. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. تُنشر النسخة الحالية دائماً في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخها؛ واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد ذلك التاريخ يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص محاكم الكويت بالنظر في أي نزاع.
